【Important Information】

・Because I will balance your skin condition properly, it is recommended that you have either no make up or less make up after the treatment.

・Please bring your own cosmetics.

・Please come to a salon 5 minutes before your booking. In a case you come to a salon later than the booking time, please note that there is a possibility that your treatment time can be shorten.

・A short survey and counselling is provided in advance. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask me.

・Please note that there is a case that you might not be able to have a treatment you wish after counselling depending on a therapist’s judgement to prevent accident.

Please remember that 50% of a booked service charges in case of cancellation without contacting or you not showing on the day.

I accept a cancellation 24 hours before the booking day.

Please note that cancellation fee occurs under the rule above.

*If there is natural disaster and some unavoidable circumstances, I accept cancellation.

ご連絡がなくキャンセル又は到着されない場合は、コース料金の50％を申し受けます。

ご予約のキャンセルは、ご予約日の24時間前までにご連絡をください。

規定時間以降のキャンセルにつきましてはキャンセル料が発生いたします。
